EDTA Chelation Therapy

Chelation (pronounced: Key-LAY-Shun) Therapy is an alternative treatment that utilizes the power of EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra-acetic Acid ~ an amino acid) to bind to heavy metals and mineral deposits (e.g. calcium), and "chelate", or remove, them from the body. Over time if these metals and minerals remain in the body, they accumulate and harden, resulting in poor circulation. A repeated administration of EDTA has been shown to gradually decrease atherosclerotic plaque and other mineral deposits throughout the cardiovascular system by actually dissolving them away. Oral EDTA chelation refers to the ingestion of the EDTA by mouth in the form of either a liquid or pill, as opposed to the other two common methods of EDTA assimilation, which are administered via intravenous drip or suppositories.

EDTA removes dangerous metals from the blood vessels. Studies have shown that our bodies continually accumulate harmful metals, including lead, mercury, aluminum, iron, cadmium, and arsenic, among others, which can build up to dangerous levels as we age. The accrual of these toxins raises the risk for many health problems and conditions, especially those affecting the cardiovascular/circulatory system. Eliminating these toxic heavy metals from our bodies reduces the possibility of cardiovascular and circulatory illnesses. EDTA has proven so effective at removing unwanted and harmful heavy metals and minerals from the blood, that it has been the standard, FDA-approved treatment for lead, mercury, aluminum, and cadmium poisoning for over 50 years. EDTA normalizes the distribution of most metallic elements in the body.

EDTA can help prevent heart attacks and strokes, and the progression of cardiovascular diseases, circulatory and ambulatory problems, varicose veins, and many other conditions by inhibiting the formation of blood clots. EDTA inhibits blood clotting by binding to free radicals and unwanted mineral buildups, like calcium deposits, and then dissolves and flushes these deposits from the body via the urine.

EDTA can help reduce cholesterol by enhancing calcium and cholesterol metabolism. Cholesterol is the principal component of atherosclerotic plaque. Dr. Garry Gordon, the pioneer of oral EDTA chelation, has shared the first hand experience that he had with a patient, at Stanford University Medical Center who, could not get her cholesterol below 500. Soon after she began taking an oral liquid EDTA chelation formula, she got her cholesterol down to 200.

Some people presume that EDTA depletes the body of desired calcium. All chelation therapy can tax your vitamin and mineral stores. However, it is safe, as it will not leach bound calcium from your bones, teeth and cells. There is a reason for removing the toxic minerals that are causing your health concerns. EDTA chelation will remove the toxic metals as well as the unbound calcium and other minerals. It's only the metastatic or misplaced, unbound minerals that are removed through EDTA chelation. This unbound calcium is what is responsible for the creation of plaque in our arteries as well as the inflammation causing pain and discomfort in our joints.

Oral liquid chelation compares favorably to IV treatments. While IV treatments can boast a 100% absorption rate, oral liquids provide up to 95% absorption with the add benefits of less time needed to complete a full treatment cycle, the convenience of taking the treatment from home, and cost per dose.

Blood supplies nutrients and oxygen to all critical body areas (organs, muscles, tissues and nerves). By cleansing the body's arteries and veins with EDTA Chelation, the blood flow is increased, allowing it to recuperate, regenerate and function normally once again. Cardio Renew is the leader in offering a safe, effective and affordable Oral Chelation therapy. Its pure EDTA formula is the cornerstone of a comprehensive oral chelation treatment program.
